Hotel Cala Caterina is a romantic, two-story boutique hotel built in local stone in a traditional Mediterranean style with frescoed walls and long, shady colonnades. It is situated in one of the most delightful corners of Sardinia's southeast coast, a few minutes from the holiday resort of Villasimius and close to its new and well-equipped tourist marina.
The 48 guestrooms are tastefully furnished in elegant pastel shades with painted wooden furniture and marble topped tables. Each room is subtly different;with the addition of a piece of antique furniture or a locally made wall hanging contributing to the personal feel of the hotel. Classic rooms are situated on the garden side of the hotel and Superior rooms face the sea, but all have a terrace or balcony equipped with a small table and two chairs.
Half-pension treatment includes a buffet breakfast and a gourmet dinner menu consisting of four courses, each with several different 'taster' dishes of international and Italian cuisine and Sardinian specialties. The hotel bar on a shaded terrace overlooking the pool serves a lunchtime snack menu.
The large azure swimming pool is a great place to unwind. Just a short walk through the gorgeous, manicured gardens shaded by pine trees and palms lies the secluded Cala Caterina beach - a small bay of crystal clear water edged with smooth granite rocks and a white sand beach equipped with lounge chairs and parasols. There are plenty of sporting activities nearby including water sports, boat trips, scuba diving, tennis and horseback riding.
RELAX
The Lighthouse Beauty Center & Spa at the Hotel Cala Caterina offers a welcoming and relaxing environment, ideal place to find relaxation and wellness. It consists of a turkish bath, a pagoda for aromatic and emotional baths, a gazebo for massages, a relaxation area and a beauty salon for facials and body treatments.
Outside, set amongst manicured lawns, lies the vivid, azure swimming pool, fringed with sun-beds for sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. A short walk through the gardens of pine (about 100 mt), takes you to the beach; a small sandy bay flanked by smooth granite boulders. Here you will find sun-beds and parasols, which are complimentary, as are beach towels. Active guests will appreciate the numerous sporting activities, such as horse riding and water sports, which are all available within the local area.

A private gazebo with two sun beds on the 2nd row at the sea view park, newspapers, drinks and coffee are complimentary for this rooms' guests.Suite sea view: 65 sqm. The refined Suite is located on the first floor with large terrace of 20 sqm. and breathtaking views over the sea.
