About the hotel
The Hotel Villa del Parco is a 5-star property of the Forte Village Resort considered to be one of the best luxury hotels in Sardinia. Renovated and refurbished in 2018, it is located in Santa Margherita di Pula on the southern coast of Sardinia in a natural Mediterranean surrounding and just steps away from the Acquaforte wellness center. It is an ideal destination for those looking for an exclusive and personalized service typical of a boutique hotel.
The accommodations at Villa del Parco & SPA are elegant, with attention to the smallest detail, and is perfect for couples or small families. All rooms are exceptionally stylish and comfortable and have either a patio or terrace overlooking the garden. Guests can choose from a Luxury Room with two queen size beds and equipped with a patio if on the ground floor or balcony if on the first floor, or a Luxury Bungalow which are on the ground floor and each have a private terrace and are able to be adjoined. The Luxury rooms are located in the main building of the hotel while the bungalows are harmoniously located in the surrounding garden.
Guests of the Forte Village Resort enjoy half board included with breakfast and dinner with drinks not included. Dining options at Villa del Parco include the Patio Restaurant located on the private terrace where guests can enjoy breakfast, and dinner at the Belvedere Restaurant located on the hotel rooftop terrace with amazing views of the pine grove and sea. As part of the Forte Village Resort guests can also choose to dine at one of the many restaurants available like Pineta, Cavalieri, and Forte Grill, or by reservation at the Bellavista, Le Dune, Brazilian, and Sardinian restaurant at no extra cost.
The property offers direct access to the Acquaforte Thalasso & SPA wellness center which, surrounded by a lush tropical garden, offers Thalassotherapy treatments in 6 seawater pools with different temperatures and saline densities, sauna, Turkish bath, Ayurvedic park for massages, yoga and pilates sessions, beauty center for natural and latest generation beauty treatments, gym and sports medical center; detox, anti-aging and slimming treatments are also available. To make the pools of the Spa perfect also in spring and fall, the structure has also set up temporary covers that guarantee top comfort.
Guests of the Villa del Parco di Santa Margherita di Pula then have free access to several pools of the resort: a few steps away are the two Baia delle Palme pools with sea water, in the center of the resort the two Oasis pools with an area dedicated to children and, on the beach the Castello heated swimming pool (reserved for guests of 5-star hotels) and the swimming pool inside the Children's Wonderland, with a fresh water section and a sea water section and variable depth to ensure the safety of young and old.

Extremely comfortable and elegant, the rooms have two queen beds, bathroom with bathtub and/or shower. Extra beds available on request. Ideal for families with 2 adults + 1 child + 1 infant.
Luxury Bungalow: 35 sqm. Fully refurbished and ideal for those seeking tranquillity and privacy. The Luxury Bungalow consists of a wonderful area on the ground floor with a nice private terrace of 25 sqm, surrounded by colourful and scented gardens. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed or two single beds. In the bathroom, tub and shower. Extra bed on request. Some bungalows are interconnecting. Ideal for families with 2 adults and 1 child.
