It has 3 restaurants on the Resort, each of them offering a unique and authentic gastronomic journey. The Mediterranean climate and Santorini's rich volcanic soil have proved to be nourishing sources for local produce, which is used in preparing the refined dishes of Vedema's restaurants, it will give you a fully satisfying experience when it comes to all dishes served. Pergola - sits poolside and offers traditional Greek cuisine, Mediterranean barbecues and snacks, as well as striking views to the village and surrounding vineyards.

Alati - which means “salt” in Greek, has evolved from the 400-year-old winery cave, made from distinctive stone walls that grant the eatery an enchanting ambiance. Dining within the winery or on the terrace showcases the creative menu inspired by the land and sea, created by Vedema’s Executive Chef Olivier Campanha, giving guests a refined taste adventure.

Private dining - Offers the option, with an advance booking, for guests to savor five or seven-course degustation menus that highlight the myriad flavors of Santorini. The perfect setting for that special occasion

Canava Wine Bar - Located within the wine cellar and providing a fascinating atmospheric backdrop for exploring the world of wine. Canava is the local word describing the whole complex of the winery and its storage rooms that used to exist in the location of Vedema for 400 years.
