Ouzo - offers a wonderful experience of Greek cuisine with a contemporary twist thanks to its à la carte menu created by Michelin-starred chef Lefteris Lazarou. For evening meals, a reservation is required as well as a smart dress code. Breakfast is available between 8:00AM - 11:00AM, buffet lunch is available between 12:30PM – 3:00PM, snacks are available between 3:00PM – 5:00PM and dinner is available between 6:30PM – 10:30PM. Ouzo restaurant is located by the Beachfront.
Fresco - Michelin-starred chef Ettore Botrini has created an inspirational menu that combines classic and contemporary Italian dishes. For evening meals, a reservation is required as well as a smart dress code. Breakfast is available between 8:00AM - 11:00AM, buffet lunch between 1:00PM – 4:00PM, and dinner is available between 6:30PM – 10:30PM. Fresco restaurant is located in the Main Building.
Provence – a sophisticated Provencal-inspired à la carte menu with creations of Michelin-starred chef, Anthony Jehanno. The restaurant features an exclusive reserved quiet area for a more intimate dining experience. Provence is only open for dinner between 6:30PM – 10:30PM; a reservation is required as well as a smart dress code. Provence is located in the Main Building.
Anya – Chef Katsu is behind the creation of this inspirational à la carte menu which brings all the typical flavors and colors of Asia. The restaurant offers its guests the option of dining indoors or outdoors. Anya is open for dinner only between 6:30PM – 10:30PM; a reservation is required as well as a smart dress code. Anya is located in the Garden Area.
Kos – with its captivating beachfront setting is the perfect choice if you wish to explore Kos Island's long and glorious tradition of gastronomy. For à la carte menu a reservation is required as well as a smart dress code. Kos is open for breakfast between 8:00AM – 11:00AM, à la carte lunch between 1:00PM – 5:00PM, and dinner between 6:30PM – 10:30PM. Kos is located in the Main Building
Olivia – is a relaxed ambiance restaurant that features a feast of typical Spanish dishes with a modern twist. Olivia is open for dinner only between 6:30PM – 10:30PM; a reservation is required as well as a smart dress code. Olivia is located in the Main Building.
Flavours – is perfect for families, a spacious and relaxing restaurant with breathtaking views of the glistening Mediterranean Sea. Flavours offers an amazing buffet of delightful dishes complimented by an extraordinary wine selection. Early Breakfast is available between 5:30AM – 7:30AM, Breakfast is available between 7:30AM – 11:00AM, lunch is between 12:30PM – 2:30PM, and dinner is between 6:30PM – 9:30PM. No dress code and no reservation required.

Seasons – offers a relaxed and stylish setting to enjoy an outstanding à la carte menu created with a focus on the finest produce sourced from sustainable producers and local markets.
