About the hotel
Vinilia Wine Resort is a stylish historical castle surrounded by olive trees and vineyards located in Manduria, in the heart of the Salento region of Puglia. It strategically sits between Brindisi, Lecce, and Taranto, with easy access to the coast and Valle da Tria and Murga.
The accommodations have a unique and inviting ambience that is comfortable and welcoming in a preserved family atmosphere. The different rooms alternate with iron and wood beds made by local craftsmen and the style changes from stricter minimalism to art deco. In the castle, there are elaborate passageways leading to the rooms, and the public space is dedicated to leisure, relaxation, reading, and admiration of the surrounding countryside, vineyards, and small rural buildings.
The resort offers an unforgettable food and wine experience. The Casamatta restaurant is set in a charming background as its long history is rooted in the traditions of Puglia. The local ingredients are part of chef Pietro Penna's menu. The restaurant itself is informal, with various styles of tables, Scandinavian-style chairs, innovative lamps and a large locally produced steel fireplace.

Classic Double - Ground floor rooms, located in the wing, has vaulted ceilings and opening on to the delightful internal courtyard. Double bed and en-suite shower room.
Deluxe Double - Larger ground floor room, located in the wing, has vaulted ceilings and opening on to the delightful internal courtyard. King-size double bed and en-suite shower room.
Superior Double - Spacious ground floor room, located in the castle, with double bed and private patio, or first/second floor with private balcony (smaller balcony in the second floor).
Junior Suite with bathtub - Spacious airy room, located in the castle on the first floor, with vaulted ceilings and large terrace, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
Junior Suite - Spacious room, located in the castle on the second floor, with vaulted ceilings, double bedroom and en-suite shower room.
Suite
The suite with typical star vault is the most prestigious of the Resort. Located in the castle, on the first floor, it is large, bright and well finished; It enjoys a very private location and features a large master bedroom (king-size bed). Finely embellished with design elements and antique furniture. Equipped with a double sofa bed (with possibility to add 3rd and 4th guest), shower room and a private furnished terrace.
