About the hotel
The five-star Hotel Savoy offers maximum luxury and style in the heart of Florence. It is located on the central Piazza Repubblica, just a short walk from the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery and the Ponte Vecchio.
Styled by Olga Polizzi, the hotel's decor is contemporary yet elegant. Each one of the 80 rooms and Suites are decorated in a typical Italian style with carefully chosen ceramics, artworks and fabrics in subdued, neutral tones. Crisp linen sheets cover the beds and the floors are parquet. Special mosaics decorate the bathrooms that are completely stocked with Rocco Forte's exclusive range of Italian body products. Quirky prints of shoes adorn the walls throughout the hotel, a charming reminder of Florence's many skilled artisans.
L'Incontro Restaurant has become one of the most fashionable and renowned dining spots in Florence.
