This tour was a great way to get familiar with Florence at the start of a visit. Our guide was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

This was our first tour in Florence and it was very informative. The morning was rainy but we all had our umbrellas and our tour guide did not let the weather deter her. I especially appreciate the individual ipods(earphones) so that the guide did not have to shout over the crowd noise. The historical background of Florence was very thorough and welcomed by me and the other members of my family who were not up-to-date on European history. Being our first day in Florence the tour gave us a good foundation to base our following explorations of the city. BTW, that was our only day of rain. The rest of trip was sunny and warm. This was an October trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Florence tour even though we had both been to Florence years ago. It was a full morning of walking the streets and hearing interesting stories... much more than a history lesson! We would recommend this tour to others!

This was a fabulous tour. Vanessa, our tour guide, was charming, knowledgeable, and wonderful company. We really loved this tour, and felt that in the two and a half hours it gave us a great introduction to the history of Florence and some of the major sights.
