This private cooking class takes place in the chef's cheerful home kitchen, located in the heart of Venice. During the lesson, you will learn the secrets of Venetian cuisine, as well as discover the regional products that make it one of the most prized methods of cooking in Italian cuisine.
Chef Isabella will teach you how to prepare a delicious three-course meal using fresh, local ingredients. You will be introduced like as the best way to filet a sea bass and how to prepare a quick and tasty dessert. The menu for this class will be decided by the chef based on season and available ingredients.
At the conclusion of this hands-on lesson, you will sit down and enjoy the meal you have personally prepared. Participants will also receive a booklet with the recipes in English so that you can repeat this wonderful experience in your own home kitchen.
