Francesca was a highlight of our tour. We had some trepidation upon entering her apartment in Florence as we were expecting a larger area to perform the various preparation techniques. We were extremely pleased with Francesca’s instruction and our ability to cook a fantastic meal in those close quarters. Her personality was a delight and she made our experience both instructional and personal at the same time. She is a gem!
Our cooking class with Francesca in Florence was (to us) a once in a lifetime experience. We cannot recommend this class highly enough as Francesca was truly a delight to learn from, and we learned a lot from her about authentic Italian cooking. She welcomed us into her home and made us feel like honored guests. Plus the food was fantastic!! We've already made the osso bucco and linguine pesto since returning to the States!
