After meeting at your hotel, the tour will lead you through the historical city center, including a visit to the Duomo, Sorrento's 11th century cathedral which houses some of the most celebrated frescoes painted by Neapolitan artists. You will then continue to explore the park of the Villa Comunale, situated on a cliff overlooking the Bay of Naples. After enjoying the breathtaking scenery, the tour will lead you to the charming fishing village of Marina Grande.
From Marina Grande you will venture to a workshop in which Sorrento's typical inlaid woodwork products are handcrafted. Here, you will receive a personal demonstration and explanation of the woodworking process. After the demonstration, visitors will dine on a homemade lunch of regional dishes. The tour concludes with a visit to the producers of Villa Massa Limoncello, a traditional lemon liqueur of the Amalfi Coast, where you will learn about how the product is made, as well as participate in a tasting.
