Due to the renovations, we were unable to go up to the bell but our guide (Helena?) made this tour 5 stars; she was very knowledgeable and shared several amusing anecdotes. Amazing view of San Marco.
Totally awesome and amazing tour. Nice to have the oppurtunity to take this tour with a small group to see and hear about the tower and its workings. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the beautiful citta' di Venezia.
This was my son's favorite tour in Italy, because it was very informative, educational, and the guide was spectacular! She was so animated, and her accent so unique that she was mesmorizing, and you could not help but listen to every word that came out of her mouth. She gave us an excellent close-up view of the clock tower and its history, and allowed us to take several pictures throughout. It was well worth the money, and would highly recommend it as a must when visitng Venice!
Worth the extra money not having to stand in line... everything well as planned and the service was fantastic.
My husband and I took this tour during our visit to Venice in September 2009. A little difficult to locate where to pick-up your tickets but the tour was very interesting and worth the hunt. The guide was very knowledgable and made the tour enjoyable. It is also nice that only a very small group is allowed to enter the Clock Tower at one time. Neat experience!
