How it Works

From the Capodichino International Airport of Naples to Sorrento Hotels:
Once your reservation is confirmed, Select Italy will send you a confirmation voucher with a reserved time. Please note that the reservation time is typically 30-60 minutes after the flight lands. The driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall, holding a sign with your name on it. The journey time from Naples Airport to hotels located in Sorrento is usually around 90 minutes, depending on traffic and intermediary stops at other passenger's hotels.

From Sorrento Hotels to the Capodichino International Airport of Naples:
Once your reservation is confirmed, Select Italy will send you a confirmation voucher with a reserved time. Please present your voucher to the shuttle driver upon pick-up from your hotel. Please be in your hotel's lobby ready to leave at least 5 minutes before your reservation time. The shuttle will be on a schedule and it will not be possible to wait for guests for any longer than a few minutes. The journey from Sorrento hotels to the airport usually takes around 90 minutes, depending on traffic and intermediary stops at other passenger's hotels.

Airport to Hotel:
All no-show clients will have their shuttle service cancelled and will be charged the full price. No-show clients are those who do not show up at the established place and time for any reason.

If the client's flight has been delayed or changed, clients must call the emergency numbers provided on the voucher before their reservation time for any possibility of a change to the service. If the service change request is received less than 24 hours before the original reservation time, clients will be required to purchase new tickets.

Clients with next-day flight delays or changes, including canceled and missed flights, must call Select Italy before their reservation time for any possibility of a change to the service. Service changes, both same- and next-day are not guaranteed. If the service change request is received less than 24-hours before the original reservation time, clients will be required to purchase new tickets.

Hotel to Airport:
All no-show clients will have their shuttle service cancelled and will be charged the full price. No-show clients are those who do not show up at the established place and time for any reason.

Clients with canceled flights must call Select Italy for any possibility of a change to the service. Service changes, both same- and next-day, are not guaranteed.
