You will arrive at the winery, a mere 90 minutes from Venice by car, for a tour of the vineyards and the cellars. Your tour will include a description of the vinification of the wines as well as an introduction and tasting of the innovative blends, such as Vespa and Calabrone, and the more traditional monovarietal wines.
Your day will continue at the Bastianich B&B Orsone's Gourmet Restaurant with the duo of world-renowned restaurateurs Joe and Lidia Bastianich. The five-course gourmet lunch will represent the idea of a fresh and contemporary cuisine that embraces the tradition and the unmistakable style of Lidia Bastianich and contaminations that look to the USA.
