"Aren't villas and apartments for long-term rentals only?" |
| While villas require a one-week minimum, our apartments don't! Whether you're interested in
breezing through Florence or making a quick stop-over in Venice, a short-term apartment rental can
be a great way to experience the city as the locals do. |

"I won't know where anything is or how to use it." |
| When you arrive at the villa or the apartment, the owner will give you a full tour of the property and
make sure you know how to use everything, from the tv to the air-conditioner. And remember, if you
have any questions you'll have the owner's phone number and the phone number to our offices in
Italy. We'll make sure your questions are answered swiftly and accurately. |

"Won't I feel isolated in a villa?" |
| While we don't recommend all of our villa rentals for those clients that don't wish to rent cars, you'd
be amazed at the freedom that comes from staying in a villa. Already outside of the city, you can visit
the small countryside towns and neighboring cities with ease and you won't have to worry about the
hassle of finding a parking space upon your return! Several of our villas are located within a short
drive (or even walk!) of a small town, making running out for a late-night gelato no problem at all. |
