Dear friends, I am quite happy to announce that, after the Trip of a Lifetime success on the Travel Channel, Select Italy is once again on the air with TravelScope on PBS - WYCC.

TravelScope is a half-hour travel series on PBS hosted by travel journalist Joseph Rosendo. For an episode in its third season, TravelScope producers worked with Select Italy to develop a unique itinerary in the Friuli Venezia-Giulia region, as per Select Italy’s recommendation. This region, nested in the Northeastern corner of Italy, is little known by the American public. Yet, it is beautiful in landscapes, rich in traditions and conveniently located close to Venice. The show highlights some of the best areas in the region: Trieste (the region's capital city), the wine country of the Collio and the town of Udine.

In addition, the TravelScope show features a Vespa ride among the vineyards, a sailboat ride in the beautiful Gulf of Trieste, exciting guided tours of Trieste, Udine and Gorizia and a cooking lesson at one of the region’s oldest vineyards. I hope you can make it.
