Highly recommend using Select Italy for ticket purchases. This process far exceeded my expectations and no lines. We just went right in when folks were in line for hours at the museum. And, when we had flight delays and could not make a reservation, I called the number provided and they very kindly rescheduled it and faxed the new reservation to the hotel and it was there before we got there. Hats off to Select Italy for providing such a great service.
Too Few Days - Too Many Choices!

This is a great ticket for seeing the vast majority of the sites. Made it to Murano and the Doges Palace, but we had to scoot before hitting the othere sites.
City Pass Excelled

Having the city pass gave us a speedy entry to the Doge's Palace and other sites that were fantastic. The long lines in hot July were bypassed with our pass. Great idea!
Wonderful art to be seen here

The Ducal Palace tour was great, and it was nice not to have to wait in line to get our ticket The Basilica was also wonderful, and even though we had to stand in line (free admission) the line moved rapidly. The staff at the Correr museum were less than cordial but that did not detract from the beautiful things to be seen. It was good tht I had a guidebook to clue me that I needed to go to the second floor to see the really interesting displays. I thought the information cards in each room were very informative.
Worthwhile purchase

The prepaid museum passes were well worth it. When visiting the Doge's Palace we were able to bypass a huge line and go into the "prepaid ticket" line and get right in. Also the city map was extremel helpful and a nice add-on.

Having the ticket before going to Italy was the only way to go!! Then there were no lines and no waiting esp. when time is so important on these once in a lifetime trips!

Without doubt, the best service for info and tickets to Italy. Staff are obviously well tuned in to every item of possible interest, even the most esoteric, to prospective travelers.
Civic Museums Pass - a map would be helpful

Since we were walking everywhere and not familiar with the area, we think it would be useful to include maps to the various museums. We received the passes in just a few days and would certainly use the service again.

Make a photocopy before you go...

Very helpful once we found the proper place to redeem our tickets (again why I didn't give Select Italy 5 stars). A suggestion to all who use their service is to make a photo copy before you go. When you get your tickets they keep the voucher. The tickets didn't list all of the sites they were good for.
