Ca' Canaletto

A great, spacious, quiet and full of light two bedroom apartment. This property overlooks one of the nicest canals in Dorsoduro (Rio delle Romite) and is composed of a large double, a second bedroom with twins that can be made as a double, a fully fitted kitchen, a living area and a dining room overlooking the canal, a second living area with a double fold out bed and a bathroom with separete shower and tub. The bedrooms overlooks the neighbours gardens and it is a great place to stay.

Ca' Cerchieri

The Ca'Cerchieri is located on the first floor of an impressive Palazzo along the Grand Canal in the Dorsoduro "sestiere,", one of the most romantic areas of Venice. The apartment offers private access to the water close to the Ca' Rezzonico Museum and the Accademia Bridge. Elegantly furnished with a cozy living area facing a garden that belongs to the Palace, the property is composed of a master bedroom with a king size bed, a completely furnished kitchen, a living room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Ca' Dello Squero

A lovely three bedroom apartment overlooking the Gondola "squero"; one of the last gondola boatyards in Venice where craftsmen apply the ancient technique to build the gondolas. The house is located in one of the nicest areas of Dorsoduro and overlooks a canal from two bedrooms and from the living room. It is composed of a bright double bedroom, a twin one that can be prepared as a double, and a third bedroom with a single where an extra bed can be added. There is a large well equipped kitchen with a dining table, two bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower). The living room is very comfortable and nice. It is simply decorated with wooden beams and it is a perfect place for its fantastic location.

Ca' Malipiero

A lovely two bedroom with two terraces in a very central but peaceful area. It is a very tastefully decorated, bright, two bedroom apartment in the Santo Stefano area. It is on the third floor of the building without an elevator. The apartment has just been renovated with great care and all is indeed very comfortable and unique. It is composed of two double bedrooms (one can be divided in twins), one bathroom with tub and hand held shower, a living area, and a fully fitted kitchen. There are two lovely small terraces where you can sit and enjoy the views of Venice from the perfect third floor location. It is a very bright apartment and the terraces add a very special touch.

Calle delle Erbe

Calle delle Erbe is a newly-restored luxury apartment located on the Giudecca, one of the historic neighborhoods of Venice that is formed by a series of scattered islands, all connected by bridges. The apartment has been conceived with every comfort in mind and furnished in a contemporary style, its walls painted in rich and vibrant colors. On the first floor, there are two characteristic bedrooms (a double and a twin), featuring comfortable beds and with an en-suite bathroom faced in marble. The double bedroom overlooks a small garden. The living room is very spacious, with two French windows overlooking the canal and soft sofas manufactured in England. The stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped and supplied with two separate tables that can accommodate up to eight people. On the ground floor there is a landing featuring a private deck with stunning views over the Giudecca Canal and the distant dome of the Salute. This is a perfect spot for a drink or an al fresco dinner. The ground floor offers a small, yet comfortable space for occasional guests, and features a bathroom with a walk in shower and a kitchenette. The apartment is a quiet retreat in one of Venice's most characteristic and least touristy neighborhoods but is only a short vaporetto ride away from St. Mark's Square.

Porta Sola

Porta Sola is a private home set at the water's edge of the Canale of Giudecca, next to one of Palladio's masterpieces, the famous church "Il Redentore". The Giudecca is one of Venice's best kept secrets: a heavenly retreat inhabited almost entirely by locals although boasting some of the city's best restaurants and bars. You can lunch at Altanella's two hundred yards away, at Harry's Dolce or at Chip's (Cipriani restaurant) on the waterfront and feel the true maritime history of Venice. The house has been restored and furnished to a very high level in excellent taste with two large windows on each floor affording spectacular views of La Salute, Piazza San Marco, the Palazzo Ducale and San Giorgio. There is a vaporetto landing just outside the door and Piazza San Marco is three stops away. This is far more pleasant and infinitely more romantic way of visiting Venice than as a guest in a hotel.

San Giovanni

Torcello is often considered the precursor of Venice. Settled between the fifth and seventh centuries, it became the most prosperous of the early lagoon communities with its own nobility, laws, palaces, churches, shipyards and docks. The growth of Venice hastened its demise and its current population is now about 100 people. It is probably most famous today for the Locanda Cipriani, one of the most prestigious gastronomic institutions of the Veneto. San Giovanni, built towards the end of the seventeenth century, is the only villa on Torcello and is surrounded by an enormous garden. The property takes its name from the Romanesque church of San Giovanni some of whose ruins have been restored by the International Save Venice Fund and which can still be admired in the garden. The villa was completely restored a few years ago and it is beautifully furnished with antiques. The swimming pool is on a small hill overlooking the garden. From Torcello it is possible to visit [either by vaporetto or by water taxi] the islands of the Venetian lagoon, including Burano [famous for its lace] and Murano [famous for its glass]. The center of Venice can also be easily reached, as the vaporetto stop is only a five-minute walk from the villa.

Tre Archi

This newly restored two bedroom / two bathroom apartment is located on the northwest side of Venice in the neighborhood called Cannaregio. Thanks to its position, off the beaten track, this area benefits from a truly authentic Venetian atmosphere. Especially compared with the rest of Venice, this area is quiet and uncrowded. Tre Archi apartment is part of a gated property. The entrance is through the garden belonging to the condominium. On the same property there are other apartments sharing the entrance and a part of the communal garden. In the past this group of houses used to be called “Barchesse” (wings) of a Palazzo of the XVI° Century. The apartment is just over 800 square feet and it is on the ground floor. It has a private terrace with table and chairs. Tre Archi apartment is located at few meters from the Fondamenta di Cannaregio, the side walk on the main canal of this part of the city. It is very well connected with San Marco Square and other main points of interest in Venice since the ferry stop (Tre Archi) is just on the other side of the canal. Santa Lucia train station can be reached within 10 minutes walking or by ferry in 10 minutes (line 51). This line connects the apartment also with Piazzale Roma. If you fly into Venice Marco Polo Airport there is also a connection by ferry from Venice Airport to Fondamenta Nove. Food stores, pharmacy, bars, post office and restaurants, no more than 5 minutes walking. Other points of interest: San Marco, Accademia, Chiesa della Salute between 15 and 20 minutes walking and of course by ferry.
