Angolillo e' Paraviso

The apartment lies in the center of Praiano, in one of the typical old fishermen's houses, which has been recently renovated. With its fine furnishings, a blend of country-style and modern pieces, it is equipped with every convenience including air-conditioning, heating, a washing-machine and television. The house is partially dug in the rock and from the large terrace unfolds a charming view of the coast and the sea. The beach of La Praia is about 500 m away, Positano about 8 km, Sorrento 30 km. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants along the coast which can prepare the typical dishes of the area.

Antico Convento

Antico Convento is part of a villa created from an old building constructed at the beginning of the 1700s which was part of the residential complex called "La Cocumella". The entire structure was originally a Jesuit convent. The villa borders the attractive grounds of the nearby hotel. The property has four floors and has been furnished with great care and attention down to the smallest details, and can comfortably host up to twelve guests in a total of about 500 sq.metres linked by stairs and a lift. Antico Convento is in a residential area of Sorrento, where there are also some of the best-known hotels. About 100 metres away there is a lift which takes you down to the beach and some well-equipped bathing establishments,. It is in an ideal position for those who would rather not use their car during their stay. The villa has large living-rooms, dining-room, kitchen and larder, a game room, and wet bar. Antico Convento has private parking, air-conditioning, satellite TV, a wi-fi broadband internet connection, furnished sun-bathing terrace, laundry and lift. Further useful information: Café, tobacco shop and newsagents located 50 metres away, restaurant around 500 metres, and the old town centre of Sorrento 800 metres.

Casa Giusy

In the very heart of the enchanting town of Positano, only a two minute walk from the beach, Casa Giusy is a truly magical place. Every room has a fantastic view of the sea, the Galli islands, and of the famous ancient church "Cupola". The terrace leading to the villa, is decorated with hand-painted floor tiles, laid out for meals "al fresco" and for sun bathing, all with spectacular views of the sea, and of the village nestled in the rocky hills opposite. The villa's interior is elegantly furnished. The bright living areas have vaulted ceilings and beautiful large wrought-iron windows leading directly onto the terrace. The well-organized and well-equipped kitchen leads directly to the dining room and terrace. The rooms on the first floor have a spectacular sea view, two of which have small ornate balconies adorned with bougainvillea, framing one of the most unforgettable parts of the Amalfi coast.

Costa Degli Dei

The villa lies sheer above the sea on the beautiful coast that from Praiano alternates inlets and promontories in a succession of nature's wonders all the way to Amalfi. Access is from the road that links all of the Amalfi Coast, via a large gate that leads to the car park, then up a short flight of steps, leading straight into the large flower garden that goes down all the way to the large terrace that surrounds the upper part of the villa, where you will find the kitchen and outside dining-area. The opposite part points out over the sea like the prow of a ship, with a beautiful view of the promontory of Praiano. Then you go down to the terrace below, still with a beautiful view, and from there to the private sea-water swimming-pool and towards the private path down to the sea. The villa is on three floors: the first includes the kitchen with access from the outside, the open-air dining-area and the internal dining-room; the next floor, down a flight of stairs, opens into a large living-room with an old Vietri ceramic floor, with satellite-TV and fireplace; finally, down another internal flight of stairs, you come to the sleeping area with the 5 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and with air-conditioning. The furnishings are excellent quality and include antiques. The villa is equipped with dishwasher, washing-machine, stereo with CD-player, WIFI internet connection. The price includes a cleaning-service during the week of 4 hours a day, 6 days a week by personnel who live in a separate part of the property, and bath-linen change twice a week. Praiano, the nearest village with food shops is 3 km away, Amalfi 6 km and Positano 8 km. In the nearby villages and on the beach at Praia are several restaurants offering excellent local cuisine.

Dimora di Mare: Villa Sgrosso

The romantic Dimora di Mare: Villa Sgrosso is situated in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, on a cliff overlooking the deep-blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Its strategic position in Castiglione di Ravello, only a mile from Amalfi and three miles from Ravello, is perfect for sightseeing throughout the region. A four-story, private residence dating from the 19th century, it has been recently been renovated and transformed into a luxury guest accommodation with no comfort spared. Villa Sgrosso boasts eight double bedrooms named after forms of classical music like Rapsodia, Melodia and Fuga. These spacious and luxurious rooms have en-suite bathrooms with hydro-massage showers and, in two of them, jacuzzi-type whirlpool baths. They are beautifully furnished with antiques and valuable paintings, and all have comfortable sitting areas featuring original terracotta, antique parquet or hand painted ceramic tile floors. From each bedroom, balconies or large oval windows provide panoramic views of the sea, while during the recent renovation, the most technologically advanced comforts were added: soundproofing, flat screen TV, high-speed Internet and orthopedic mattresses and pillows. Access to the sea is provided by 130 stone steps, winding down through bougainvillea-draped terraces, lemon and orange groves. Here you will find a sauna set into a natural cave, a spa swimming pool with hydro-massage and an enchanting inlet with a small, private pier. A covered dining terrace right on the water allows guests to enjoy stunning al fresco meals, while a larger, panoramic dining terrace is situated on the villa's lower floor and the rooftop deck is equipped with a barbeque and its own small, fully equipped kitchen.

Fior di Limone

Delightful annex of a typical Positano villa, in the higher part of the town from which you can admire the most evocative view of the gulf and the beach. Following recent renovation, Fior di Limone is equipped with everything you need to ensure a comfortable and peaceful holiday. There is a TV, washing-machine and oven in the kitchen. The furnishings are very well looked after down to the finest details. From the sunbathing terrace, which is very private, our guests enjoy the spectacular view of the most attractive part of Positano, the beaches and the gulf which opens out onto the sea. Fior di Limone can be reached along the main road through Positano, continuing 600 meters down a typical narrow lane alternating with short ramps of steps. Positano is considered by everyone to be the pearl of the Amalfi Coast, due to its special atmosphere, for the entertainment it offers, the fashion and especially the charm of its inhabitants. Due to the difficulty of getting around by car, we recommend that you leave your car in a car park and move about by public transportation which frequently passes through the town. Or you can go on foot to discover the, sometimes tiring, but wonderful typical alleyways that cross all over the town center. Both Sorrento and Amalfi can be easily reached in about 30 minutes by car. We recommend that you reserve a porter to carry your luggage upon arrival.

Ginevra Apartments

This beautiful property, characterized by white arches and pillars, is located on Capri island. The house was built at the beginning of the century and it has been restored in elegantly furnished four apartments each one with independent entrance. In particular, the exterior of the Gaia apartment has a large veranda equipped with sofas. The living area has a glorious bay window that fills the room with ample light and opens into a lounge area highlighted by an antique fireplace.

I Due Golfi

The villa takes its name from the locality in which it is situated, Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, a village occupying a strategic position on the hills of the Sorrento peninsula, dominated on one side by the Gulf of Naples and on the other by the Gulf of Salerno. This recently built property is completely independent and surrounded by 8000 sq. m of garden, where the owner has maintained intact and enhanced the natural layout of the terrain, scattered with unusually-shaped white rocks which sometimes form natural sculptures, alternated with stretches of meadow which set them off. Guests may enjoy the exclusive use of a large 8x17 m swimming-pool set in a panoramic position amidst these natural terraces and commanding a spectacular view over the coast and the sublime peace of the countryside. The villa has recently been renovated and is equipped with many modern comforts such as air-conditioning, safe deposit-boxes in the bedrooms and in the main living-room there is a satellite TV, stereo with CD, PC with wireless internet connection, microwave oven, corner bar with fridge and a small wine-cellar. Il Baglio

Villa il Baglio lies about 3 kms from Amalfi. Its origins go back to the XIIth century, and the two types of barrel vaults, the old well and the remains of a wall are all witness to the medieval origins of this villa. The villa stands on the slopes below the famous Santa Rosa monastery and is surrounded by vegetation and absolute peace and quiet. The villa enjoys a breathtaking panorama where you can admire the splendid view of the sea and the coast stretching from Amalfi to Conca dei Marini. The villa is on three floors and has a surface area of about 300 sq.m. with splendid well-equipped external areas of about 700 sq. metres. It has recently been renovated with care down to the smallest details. Il Frutteto

The views along the Sorrento and Amalfi coast are particularly well-known for their clarity and brilliance and for their distinct, bright, contrasting colours, and certainly from the garden of Il Frutteto you can admire one of the most harmonious views of the Sorrentine coast and of the Gulf of Naples. The villa lies about 2 km from Massa Lubrense, a village known not only for its history, but also for its olive oil production. Il Frutteto spreads onto a large terracing with a view of the sea, full of flowers and fruit trees. The outside area is furnished with a covered, shady veranda and with a perfectly equipped open-air kitchen: with hobs, barbecue, wood-burning oven and a ceramic table from Vietri, and guests also have the exclusive use of a 3x6m pre-fabricated swimming-pool. The interior furnishings consist of valuable furniture with some antiques, all perfectly maintained and of excellent taste. The villa also has many modern comforts: dishwasher, laundry with washing-machine, telephone and TV. The more interesting towns are all within easy reach: Sorrento is about 9 km away, Naples 60 km, Positano 10 km. In Massa Lubrense or in the village of S. Agata dei Due Golfi you will find general food shops, banks and post offices. The beach of Marina di Puolo is just 3 km away and can be reached in ten minutes by car. There are many nearby restaurants where you can try the excellent local cuisine, and some of them are considered to be among the best in Italy.

Il Giaggiolo

Villa il Giaggiolo is situated in the upper part of the centre of Positano and boasts a magnificent panorama with a view of the sea and the Li Galli islands. This is a private villa that has been tastefully furnished and perfectly equipped, with a small private 3x6 m swimming pool set in a luxuriant garden. The villa extends over two floors, with panoramic terraces set along the facades on both levels, connected by an indoor lift. Villa il Giaggiolo is characterized by large windows that create a feeling of continuity between the interior and the outdoor areas. It has designer furniture and has been decorated with valuable colourful ceramic tiles. The decor of the villa as a whole has a flavour that is both European and typical of Positano. This villa is a little gem that plays its part in the general impression of Positano as a palette of pastel shades, an image that remains long afterwards in the memories of those who have already visited this resort, which is quite unique. All services are within easy reach on foot, including restaurants, bars and food shops. Positano has excellent public transport services, both within the town itself and for reaching the best sightseeing on the Amalfi and Sorrento coast. A car is not needed, but for those who wish, a parking space in a garage can be booked on request. The villa also has a small private parking space, suitable at the most for two scooters.

Il Giardino

Villa Il Giardino is situated in a very quiet position, high in the village of Positano, the very center of the Costiera Amalfitana. Internationally renowned as an important tourist and commercial resort, the area has long been the haunt of the rich and famous. Positano is easily accessible by rail or road and has a small harbor where it is possible to take ferries to the islands of Capri and Ischia. From Il Giardino there are spectacular views over the garden, the village of Positano, the coastline and the sea. This property takes its name from the beautiful, terraced garden to the front of the house, which is almost unique in a steep village like Positano. At the bottom of the main garden there is an ‘orto’, or kitchen garden. The interiors of the villa are comfortably furnished and facilities include a fax machine and satellite TV. A particular feature of the house is the well-lit sitting and dining rooms, which open through French windows to a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and the sea. This property is located in the historical part of Positano and therefore not reachable by car. The nearest parking area is at approximately 300 yards away and parking spaces can be arranged in advance. From a narrow winding road it is possible to walk down to the beach of Fornillo.

L'Annunziata

L'Annunziata lies in the village of the same name, a little ancient hamlet on the summit of a small hill in a wonderful position with a splendid view of the island of Capri and of all the Gulf of Naples. The house is in a quiet position and enjoys the same panorama as the best the village can offer. It is surrounded by a very well cared-for garden that continues at the back of the house, where guests have the use of a 6,50x3 m swimming-pool, while in front of the entrance a nice pergola gives shade to a table suitable for dining outside with a view of the sea. The interior of the house is elegantly furnished with antique furniture and besides a good, well-equipped built-in kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, it is also equipped with satellite TV, stereo with CD player, WIFI and laundry with washing-machine. In the village, within easy reach on foot, guests will find a good restaurant offering local cuisine, while 500 m away there is a general food shop. The village of Massa Lubrense lies about 2.5 kms away. There is nowhere along the Amalfi Coast where the sea is easily reached because the coast, which offers the most superb views, is also very steep; so the beach within easiest reach from L'Annunziata is at Marina del Cantone, beyond Nerano. Sorrento is about 10 kms away and from the port here, using the hydrofoil, you can reach both Naples and Capri. Positano is about 18 kms away.

La Limonaia di Maiori

La Limonaia di Maiori is a modern villa designed by a famous architect whose genius is most effectively expressed in the fact that, while he built it using means and materials available in the '60s, he took his inspiration from the traditional construction procedures and techniques of the area. Even more impressive is the way in which he has managed to design the house so that the sea is visible from every room. When you arrive at the villa, you are overwhelmed by a sensation of perfect peace and quiet; the green of the vegetation, the yellow of the lemons which ripen all year round, and the blue of the sea are the dominant colors, while the house itself is immersed in the surrounding vegetation, so that it is almost invisible from the outside. La Limonaia di Maiori is situated on a vast estate, known as "La Badia" as it once belonged to an ancient convent located on the mountainside. This estate is now an extensive area devoted to well-tended lemon cultivation, with trellises stretching from the peak of the promontory almost as far as sea-level. Scattered over the promontory within this vast lemon grove are various other, completely independent, properties including "Torre Saracena" which is also on our books. Guests at the Limonaia may enjoy the exclusive use of the attractive swimming-pool where the architect's imaginative flair is again revealed: one side of the pool is made up of the retaining wall of the sheer sea cliff, while it also has its own private sea access. It can be approached by a narrow tarred road, using the small cars provided by the owners. Broad-band internet connection. Safe deposit-box. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
