From the Rome Fiumicino Airport to Rome Hotels:
Once your reservation is confirmed, Select Italy will send you a confirmation voucher with a reserved time - usually 45 minutes to 1.5 hours after your flight arrival time. Please present your voucher at one of the Hotel Reservation Desks that are located just inside of each arrival-terminal building (A, B or C) at the airport, just outside of the baggage-claim area. The staff will exchange it for a ticket, either one-way or round-trip, depending on what you have booked, and will show you where the driver will be waiting. Stops may be made at other hotels for their guests and journey times will be approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour & 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Shuttles usually stop at multiple hotels per trip - the average number of stops made by each shuttle is 5.

From Rome Hotels to the Rome Fiumicino Airport:

Please be in your hotel’s lobby and ready to leave at least 10 minutes before your reservation time. The shuttle will be on a schedule and it will not be possible to wait for guests for any longer than a few minutes. The shuttle may arrive up to 15-20 minutes after your reservation time, in the case of heavy traffic. Stops may be made at other hotels for their guests and journey times will be approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour & 20 minutes, depending on traffic and the number of stops. Shuttles usually stop at multiple hotels per trip - the average number of stops made by each shuttle is 5.



Schedule Alterations / Flight Delays / Canceled Flights / Missed Flights:

Airport to Hotel:
All no-show clients will have their service canceled, without the possibility of a change to the service. No-show clients are those who do not show up on the date of their service for any reason, without prior notification to and confirmation from a Select-Italy agent.

Same-day flight delays do not need to be reported. The shuttle supplier will automatically accommodate you on the next available shuttle. Clients with next-day flight delays, including canceled and missed flights, must call Select Italy before their reservation time for any possibility of a change to the service. Service changes, both same- and next-day, are not guaranteed. They will be accommodated on a space-available basis. Next-day service changes must be confirmed by a Select-Italy agent prior to the original reservation time.


Hotel to Airport:
All no-show clients will have their service canceled, without the possibility of a change to the service. No-show clients are those who miss their shuttle for any reason.

Clients with canceled flights must call Select Italy before their reservation time for any possibility of a change to the service. Service changes, both same- and next-day, are not guaranteed. They will be accommodated on a space-available basis. All service changes must be confirmed by a Select-Italy agent prior to the original reservation time.
